摘要
采用聚乙酰胺过柱、多层串联质谱法分析鉴定葛根Puerariaomeiensis的黄酮类化学成分及其化学结构。从葛根无水乙醇鉴定了化合物:大豆素-7、4'-二葡萄糖甙(daidzein7,4'-diglucoside,分子量578);7-木糖-葛根素(7-xylose puerarin分子量548):大豆苷或葛根素(puerarin分子量416)。化合物与文献中报道的葛根黄酮类成分大豆素-7、4'-二葡萄糖甙(分子量578),7-木糖-葛根素(分子量548)和大豆苷(分子量416)的结构相符。
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of flavone from Puerarin Radix, The chemical constituents of flavone were isolated on polyamide column and use the multiplayer senes connection on mass spectrum to check.the chemical constituent.. we get three chemical constitutes : daidzein7,4'-diglucoside, ;7-xylose puerarin ;puerarin . from it by absolute ethyl alcohol. Compounds daidzein7,4'-diglucoside, ;7- xylose puerarin ;puerarin , were isolated from this plant and they are fit to the document.
