柴油机连杆轴颈磨损量组合预测模型及应用 被引量:5

Development of the Dynamic Visualization Facility in the Combustion Process

摘要 为了得到更合理、准确的柴油机的磨损预测结果,基于已有的柴油机连杆轴颈磨损数据,结合现代新的预测理论技术,提出一种指数回归灰色理论相结合的组合预测模型.实际应用情况表明,指数回归灰色理论相结合的组合预测模型在4个预测步长内,组合预测的相对误差在1.0%内,比单个预测的精度要高得多. The dynamic visualization facility of the engine in the combustion process was based on the technology of laser high-speed photography. The facility was mainly composed of optical-engine, light-path system, data collection and signal synchronization control system. Compared with the congeneric facility, it has the advantages of simple structure, clear imaging, high resolution and convenient operation, realizing the synchronization of system's start-up and turn-off. It is especially suitable for the analysis of the combustion process of the engine in combustion chambers with varied shapes and positions. The results of the test indicate that the application of the facility can further analyze and study the spray and combustion processes of the engine, which are of great significance in the exploration of new methods to reduce the consumption of fuel, and to improve exhaust emissions.
