摘要
长期在高温、高应力状态下运行的锅炉高温管道蠕变损耗的评价,过去一直沿用新材料的寿命损耗曲线,并没有考虑锅炉高温管道长期服役所产生材质退化现象的影响。该文通过对淮北发电厂使用不同年限的在役锅炉高温管道材料试验结果的分析及研究,建立了锅炉高温管道材料的硬度与使用寿命的函数关系式,为老机组安全可靠运行及评估其使用寿命提供了理论依据。
A new method of assessing the remaining life of boiler superheat tubes on consideration of material degradation is proposed in this paper. The superheat tubes which have been used for different hours in Huaibei Power Plant are sampled and tested,and the relationship between the material hardness and the useful life is set up based on the analysis of the results. The presented result provides a theoretical basis for the life prediction of the old boiler superheat tubes.
