摘要
结合大量铁谱分析数据与专家经验,分析了发动机磨损模式识别原理,给出了发动机磨损模式识别标准样本库,建立了发动机磨损模式识别的BP神经网络模型,并结合磨损模式识别实例,验证了识别结果的可靠性。实践证明,BP神经网络方法能够快速、准确、有效识别发动机磨损模式。
Based on a number of data and expert experiences,the Recognition principal of engine wear mode is analysed and the standard wear pattern repository is given.Meanwhile,the fuzzy BP neural network model is proposed.The reliability of recognition results is verified through the examples of wear mode.A number of results proved that the approach could recognize the engine wear mode rapidly,accurately and effectively.
