摘要
在MS+BA10mg/L+NAA50mg/L+2,4_D0\^5mg/L+蔗糖20g/L的固体培养基上,苹果品种嗄拉试管苗叶片经7天暗培养产生胚性细胞。将具有胚性细胞的叶片转入MS+BA10mg/L+蔗糖20g/L的培养基上暗培养40天,65%的叶片直接发生体细胞胚,体细胞胚在同种培养基上萌发,长成小植株。
Embryogenic Cells Were induced from in vitro leaves of apple cultivar `Gala' after 7 days in the dark on MS medium supplemented with 1 0 g/L BA, 5 0mg/L NAA, 0 5mg/L 2,4_D and sucrose 20 0g/L. Sixty five percent of the leaves regenerated somatic embryos directly when transferred to MS medium with 1 0mg/L BA and sucrose 20 0g/L in the dark for 40 days. The regenerated embryos were going to germinate and develop into shoots on the same medium.
