摘要
主要介绍脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)良好的洗涤性、抗硬水性、生物降解以及水解、泡沫等性质,同时概述MES国内外研究及开发现状,阐述了当前生产MES的技术问题。结合当前中国资源紧缺等具体情况,对MES的发展趋势及前景进行展望。
The characteristics of sulfonated fatty acid methyl ester（MES） including the excellent washing, hard water resistance, biodegradation, hydrolysis, foaming capacity etc. were introduced, and the status of the research and development of MES at home and abroad were summarized. In addition, the current technical problems of MES in production were described. According to the status of the scarce resources in China, the trend and prospect of MES were put forward.
