摘要
通过超声溶剂提取方法与直接浸泡、加热浸泡及索氏提取等经典方法对黄连素和咖啡咽提取的比较研究,提出该法适用于固态天然物中固体组份的提取.方法操作简单,时间短,提取率理想.考虑到超声波对黄连素的降解作用,提取时要注意超声时间对提取率的影响。
The solvent extraction method by ultrasonic radiation is
compared with the other extraction methods(such as direct soaking,heating
soaking, Soxhlet's extraction).It is shown that this is a powerful
method for the separation of the solid constituents from solid natural
product. But for berberine, its extraction efficiency decreases as the
ultrasonic radiation time increases, for the degradation of berberine
by ultrasonic radiation.
