放射性核素心室造影评价左室心肌梗死对右室功能的影响 被引量:2

Assessment the Parameters of Global and Regional Right Ventricular Systolic and Diastolic Function in Different Location of Left Ventricular Myocardial Infarction Using Radionuclide Ventriculography

摘要 目的:我们利用放射性核素心室造影技术评价左室不同部位的心肌梗死对右心室整体和局部的收缩与舒张功能的影响。材料和方法:选择对照组15例(Go),前壁心肌梗死组29例(G1),下壁心肌梗死组39例(G2),利用放射性核素心室造影技术评价三组的右心室整体和局部的收缩与舒张功能参数。结果:①右室整体收缩功能,在RVEF、PER和1/3EF三个参数中,G2较Go和G1均有明显下降(P<0.05);②右室整体舒张功能,在PFR,1/3FF和1/3ER三个参数中,与Go比较,G1和G2均有明显下降(P<0.05);③右室局部收缩功能,以RVREF为参数,G2在三个节段上比Go有明显下降(P<0.05);④右室局部舒张功能,以RVR1/3FF为参数,G2在四个节段上比Go有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:左室不同部位心肌梗死对右室整体和局部的收缩与舒张功能产生不同程度的损害。 Purpose: Using radionuclide ventriculography technology, we assessed the influence on global and regional ventricular systolic and diastolic function with different location of left ventricular myocardial infarction. Materials and Methods: We elected control group 15 cases(C0), anterior myocardial infarction group 29 cases (C1), inferior myocardial infarction 39 cases(G2). We assessed the parameters of global and regional right ventricular systolic and diastolic function in the three groups. Results: Oright ventricular global systolic function, the three parameters of RVEF, PER and RV1/ 3EF in G2 were reduced significantly than that in Go and Ga (P〈0.05) . Oright ventricular global diastolic function, the three parameters of PFR. 1/3FF and 1/3FR in G1 and G2 were reduced significantly than that in G0 (P 〈0.05). ③right ventricular regional systolic function, the parameters of RVREF in G2 were reduced significantly in three segments than that in C0(P 〈 0.05) . ④ right ventricular regional diastolic function, he parameters of RVR1/3FF in G2 were reduced significantly in four segments than that in Go (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Different location of left ventricular myocardial infarction produce different damage on global and regional left ventricular function of systolic and diastolic.
