摘要
在硝酸介质中,罗丹明6G可增强Ce(Ⅳ)氧化芹菜素的微弱化学发光,据此建立了测定芹菜素的化学发光新方法,在优化条件下,该法测定芹菜素的线性范围为5×10^-10~2×10^-7g/mL,检出限为0.2ng/mL;相对标准偏差(c=2×10^-7g/mL n=11)为3.0%.将本法用于芹菜提取物中芹菜素的测定,获得满意结果。
A new chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of apigenin is proposed based on rhodamine 6G amplification of weak light emission produced from cerium(IV) sulfate oxidation on apigenin in nitric acid media. In the optimum conditions, CL intensities are proportional to concentrations of apigenin over the range 5 ×10^-10-2× 10^-7 g/mL with a detection limit of 0.2 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 3.0% for 2×10^- 7 g/mL apigenin (n=11). The method has been applied to the determination of apigenin in eelery extraets with satisfactory results.
