摘要
建立了Fe2+-H2O2-亚甲基蓝化学发光体系用于水果对羟自由基清除率的测定。实验发现,在酸性介质中,Fe2+和H2O2在线生成的羟自由基(.OH)与亚甲基蓝反应能产生较强的化学发光,加入水果水提取物可以清除部分羟自由基,使化学发光强度降低。据此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定水果水提取物对.OH清除率的化学发光新方法。将该方法应用于9种水果水提取物对.OH清除能力的研究,结果满意。
A method for the determination of the eliminating ratio of fruits extracts for hydroxyl radicals by flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) was developed. It was observed that a strong chemiluminescence (CL) occurred when methylene blue solution mixed with Fenton reagent in acidic medium. The CL intensity decreased greatly when the extractives of fruits were added to the reaction system,indicating that the hydroxyl free radicals(·OH)were scavenged partially in the solution. Based on this,a new method was established and successfully applied to the determination of scavenging ratio of ·OH in 9 kinds of fruits with satisfactory results.
