摘要
对水泥厂熟料入库前的各均化环节物料的化学成分进行取样测定,统计了CaO含量的标准偏差,进一步计算了各均化环节的均化系数,旨在考察配料过程在水泥厂均化链中的作用。结果表明,配料过程在水泥厂的均化链中起到重要作用,在石灰石进厂至熟料入库的均化链中,配料的均化贡献比例占50%以上。
To investigate the effect of batching process on homogenization chain of cement plant, the chemical ingredients of materials of each homogenization stage before the clinker storage silo was sampled and analyzed, the standard deviation of CaO content was statistical analyzed, the blending factor of each homogenization stage was calculated. The results showed that batching process played an important role, more than 50% contribution, in homogenization chain of cement plant.
