摘要
生料均化是水泥生产均化链中最为重要的一链,巴基斯坦LUCKY水泥厂3000t/d熟料生产线,采用了合肥水泥研究设计院开发设计的带外部均化仓的连续式切向型生料均化库。文章介绍了该均化库的结构形式和工作原理;在此基础上,详细分析了该系统的工艺流程、技术特点和选用注意事项等。
Raw meal homogenizing silo is a critical section of the homogenization chain of cement production. A continuous type tangential raw meal silo developed by Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute was built for the 3000t/d clinker produetiofi line of LUCKY Cement Plant in Pakistan. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of this silo, detailed analysis of issues such as process flow, technical features and importance of option etc. are presented also.
