摘要
根据质量参数的两种统计方法,即平均值、标准偏差,辅以最大值、最小值统计方法与平均值一合格率统计方法的使用经验,分析对比了两种统计方法的特点,提出用前一种统计方法代替后一种统计方法,可以使水泥厂的质量控制和质量参数的评价更加合格。给出了若干有关标准偏差与合格率的换算公式。
Based on the practical experiments on the use of two statistic methods i. e. the statistic method on average value,standard deviation value and max/ min value as wei as the statistic method on average value -- qualified ratio, the author analyses and compares the different features of the two statistic methods and puts forwards his opinions of substitution of the former for the latter so as to make the evaluation for quality control and qualify parameters more reasonable. The conversion formula for the calculation of relative standard deviation and qualified ratio are also provided.
