摘要
目的研究新生胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响. 方法分别以200、400和800mg/kg剂量新生胶囊给小鼠连续灌胃30～45d,测定各项免疫指标. 结果新生胶囊能促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应,提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数、血清溶血素水平,提高小鼠的NK细胞活性. 结论新生胶囊具有增强免疫功能的作用.
Objective To study the impact of Xinsheng capsule on immune function of mice. Methods Determination of immunological indices after Xinsheng capsule was orally given to mice at the doses of 200, 400 and 800mg/kg for a consecutive period of 30 to 45 days, were determined. Results Xinsheng capsule could enhance delayed hypersensitivity in mice, increase the number of antibody - producing cells, the level of serum hemolysin and the activity of NK cells. Conclusion Xinsheng capsule is capable of enhancement of the immune function of mice.
