摘要
目的观察竹节参的有效成分竹节参总皂苷(total saponins of Panaxjaponicus,TSPJ)的免疫调节作用。方法灌胃给TSPJ14d,测定小鼠巨噬细胞碳清除率、血清溶血值,二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发性超敏反应(DTH),放射免疫法检测血中IL-2,TNF-α含量,观察TSPJ对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果与空白组比较,TSPJ对胸腺指数及碳清除率无明显影响;降低血清溶血素水平及抗体生成细胞数;能降低血中IL-2,TNF-α含量;25mg·kg-1TSPJig对DTH反应有一定的增强作用,100mg·kg-1TSPJig则有抑制作用。结论TSPJ能明显调节小鼠免疫功能,这可能是其治疗风湿类疾病的机制之一。
Objective To study the effect of the total saponins of Panax japonicus （ TSPJ ） on immunological function in mice. Methods Mice were administrated with TSPJ 25,50,100 mg·kg^-1 for 14 days. The phagocytosis ability of macrophage, serum hemolysin concentration, the weight of thymus and spleen of the mice, the level of IL- 2 ,TNF-α products in serum were measured,and the delayed type hypersensitivity （ DTH ） was observed. Results Compared with control group, TSPJ had no obvious effect on phagocytosis ability of macrophage and the weight of thymus of the mice, TSPJ decreased the serum hemolysin concentration and hemocytolysis planque, and reduced the contents of IL -2 ,TNF -α in serum significantly. TSPJ （25 mg·kg^-1 ） strengthened DTH, but TSPJ（ 100 mg·kg^-1 ） inhibited DTH. Conclusion TSPJ can regulate immunological function of mice, which may be an important mechanism of treating rheumatic diseases.
