膝关节损伤的MRI诊断价值 被引量：6

摘要 急性膝关节损伤除骨折脱位外，常伴有关节韧带和半月板损伤。常规X线摄片有很大的局限性，MRI作为一种无创检查，具有相当的优越性。笔者回顾分析我院从1999年至2004年对经X线证实膝关节周围骨折636例，应用四肢关节影像诊断仪检查，探讨MRI对膝关节损伤（特别是有骨折者）的诊断及临床应用价值。
