摘要
回顾分析 1996 .6～ 1999.6收治的 12 2例肾损伤患者的资料表明 ,12 2例病人中 ,伴有合并伤 71例 (58.2 % ) .保守治疗 87例 ,手术治疗 38例 (包括 3例保守治疗失败患者 ) ,总治愈率 98.4 % .死亡 2例 ,死亡率 1.6 % .结论 :1)血尿为最常见症状 ,但血尿程度与肾损伤程度不完全一致 ;2 ) CT为一无创检查 ,对肾损伤的诊断价值较大 ;3)
Retrospective analysis was made on 122 cases with renal trauma dated from June 1996 to June 1999. Out of 122 cases, 71 cases(58.2%) were complicated with other organ injuries. 87 cases were treated without surgical intervention while 38 cases(including 3 conservative failure cases) were operated on. The result showed that the total cure rate was 98.4% with 2 cases of death(1.6%). Haematuria was common in renal trauma cases and CT could help the diagnosis.
