摘要
目的将流程管理应用于急诊冠状动脉介入(以下简称冠脉介入)治疗,将质量管理和业务流程有机结合,提高护理工作效率。方法将流程管理应用于42名急性心肌梗死行急诊冠脉介入治疗的患者。结果提高了护理工作效率,降低了护理缺陷发生率,增加了患者服务满意度。结论流程管理应用于急诊冠脉介入治疗是一种安全、有效提高护理质量的管理方法。
Objective To integrate the quality management and professional work flow and improve the efficiency of nursing by applying the total process management in emergent percutaneous coronary intervention（ PCI）. Method The total process management was applied in 42 acute myocardial infarction patients with emergent PCI. Results This practice improved the efficiency of nursing work,reduced the incidence of nursing defects,and raised patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion The total process management applied in patients with acute myocardial infarction during emergency PCI was proved to be a safe,effectlve management method,which could enhance the quality of nursing.
