摘要
目的调查临床护生职业生涯规划教育需求。方法采用自设问卷对134名实习护生进行调查。结果认知领域,护生对职业生涯规划步骤及方法、专业发展瓶颈、现状和前景认识不足;技能领域,制定目标是其弱项;情感领域,护生对职业生涯规划教育有较强的需求;教育内容,对职业认识和目标制定教育需求最为强烈;教育方式,个别咨询需求最高。结论护生对职业生涯规划教育需求强烈,职业生涯规划的步骤及方法、职业认识和确定职业目标方面应是今后教育的重点。
Objective To investigate the educational needs of career planning among nursing students. Methods A total of 134 nursing students in clinical practice were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results In the recognition factor, the nursing students knew little about the steps and methods of career planning, the bottleneck and prospect of specialty development. In the ability factor, they showed poor in making objectives. In the affection factor, they had strong educational needs to career planning, especially in profession recognition and making objectives. The preferred educational means was individual consultation. Conclusion The nursing students show strong educational needs about career planning. It is suggested to focus on the steps and methods of career planning, as well as the profession recognition and making objectives in the future education.
