摘要
目的探索做好基层医院护理继续教育工作的有效措施。方法采用问卷法对9所基层医院2004年护理继续教育工作进行调查。结果49.81%的护理人员修满学分,临床护士修满学分率、对继续教育有关规定的知晓率明显低于护理管理者(P<0.01),由于工作繁忙、经费问题、无法获得继续教育信息等原因制约了护理人员的继续教育。结论做好护理继续教育工作势在必行,制定合理的教育计划,加大经费投入,创造多渠道学习途径等措施是做好基层医院护理继续教育工作的根本保证。
Objective To explore the effective methods of nursing continuing education in basic - level hospitals. Method The method of questionnnire survey was used to investigate the status of nursing continuing education in 9 county hospitals in year 2004. Results 49. 81% of the nurses finished all the credit hours. Compared with nursing managers,the qualified rate of credit hours and understand rate of related regulations for continuing education were lower in clinical nurses. The reasons include busy works,financing ,lack of information restricted nurses＇ continuing education. Conclusion It is urgent to enhance nursing continuing education in basic -level hospitals,and the key points are to establish reasonable education plans ,increase the financing for continuing education and create more learning means.
