摘要 以硅橡胶为主要基体树脂,通过添加二甲苯、填料等制备了一种可常温固化、耐高温性和柔韧性优良的涂料,用于一种耐高温柔性复合材料的涂层处理。主要研究了气相二氧化硅(SiO2)、硅树脂、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(DHPB,简称双25)对涂料热稳定性能的影响,并最终确定了各种添加剂的合适用量。 One of coatings which can solidify under room temperature and has good resistanting to elevated temperatures and high flexibilities been prepared by superimposing dimethyl benzene, loading material and so on into main base stock resin-silicon rubber. It was applied to handle with one of composite materials with resistanting to elevated temperatures and high flexibilities. The paper mainly studied on the effect on the hot stability of coatings by superimpo sing gas phase-silicon dioxide, silicon resin, twin 25, etc. It also analysesed the main reasons of affection. At last the best appropriate superimposing proportion been determined.
