摘要
研制了一种耐热防蚀涂层。涂层主要包括:环氧改性有机硅、钛白粉、磷酸锌、滑石粉和膨润土。性能测试表明,该涂层具有很好的耐热性和耐蚀性,可以在250℃下保护金属防止腐蚀。用电化学交流阻抗和扫描电镜等方法研究了钛白粉、磷酸锌、滑石粉和膨润土对涂层耐热和耐蚀性的影响。
A heat-resistant and anti-corrosive coating to resist marine corrosion has been developed. The coating is made of epoxy silicone resin and four pigments and fillers,i.e., titania, zinc phosphate, talcum powder and bentonite. This coating has excellent heat resistance and good anti-corrosive properties, and can be used to resist marine corrosion at 250℃. The influence of above four different pigments and fillers on heat-resistant and anti-corrosive properties of the coating was studied using EIS and SEM.
