摘要
以有机硅树脂为基料,多种陶瓷粉为填料、氧化铁为颜料,制备了耐800℃的密封材料(涂料),该材料对金属不腐蚀,经过800℃×36h高温老化后,表面基本无变化,可以保护金属材料表面不会被氧化,对金属缝隙的密封压力≥2.5MPa;材料也具有耐800℃高温涂料的普遍性能。此材料可以用于金属缝隙的高温密封和金属表面的高温保护涂料。
A 800℃-resistant sealing material and coating was prepared ,which was one or two part and composed of silicone resin and ceramics powder. The sealing material and coating could maintained perfect and sealed between metals under 2.5 MPa pressure after heating for 36 hours at 800℃ in air, and had common properties of high temperature-resistant coating. Then it couldn't corroded and protected metals from oxide at 800℃ in air.
