脱乳酸乙酯新型有机硅密封胶的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为原料,碳酸钙等为填料,三乳酸乙酯硅氧烷为交联剂,有机锡化合物为催化剂,制得单组分室温硫化的脱乳酸乙酯型有机硅密封胶。研究了107硅橡胶黏度、填料种类及用量对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用黏度20 000 mPa·s的107硅橡胶基胶100份,配以100份活性纳米碳酸钙填料、5份混合交联剂、0.1份二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂时,密封胶性能较好,储存期可达6个月,硫化过程释放小分子对人体无害、对铜无腐蚀。 RTV-1 ethyl lactate-cured silicone sealant was prepared by a, ω -hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane (107 silicone rubber), calcium carbonate as the filler, triethyl lactate siloxane as the crosslinking agent, organotin compound as the catalyst. Influences of different viscosity of 107 silicone rubber and the types and amount of the filler were investigated. Results indicated that the sealant has good adhensive properties when the formula was 100 equivalent 20 000 mPa · s 107 silicone rubber, 100 phr calcium carbonate, 5 phr mixed crosslinking agent, 0.1 phr tdibutyhin dilaurate catalyst, whose shelf life is more than 6 months, and harmless to body and no erosion to copper.
