摘要
[目的]观察舒口散对实验性大鼠牙周炎的治疗作用。[方法]SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,碘甘油组(20 g/L),舒口散高、低剂量组(200、100g/L);采用钢丝结扎牙齿加肌注泼尼松龙(1.25 mg/次,共8次)的方法复制大鼠实验性牙周炎模型;药物采用口腔局部涂搽,每次0.5 mL,每日3次,10 d为1疗程,模型组与正常组给予等容积生理盐水; 检测各组软垢指数、探诊深度、探诊出血阳性例数(率),并取牙周组织进行病理学检查。[结果]舒口散高、低剂量组均能降低探诊出血阳性率,高剂量组能降低牙面软垢指数,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);病理检查结果显示,模型组牙周组织内可见大量炎症细胞,舒口散高、低剂量组牙周组织中炎症细胞浸润减少,高剂量组细胞增生明显,牙周组织处于炎症修复期。[结论]舒口散对大鼠实验性牙周炎具有一定的治疗作用。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Shukou Powder (SP) for experimental periodontitis in rats. [Methods] Seventy-five SD rats were randomized into five groups: normal, model, iodine glycerin (20 g/L), high-dose SP (200 g/L) and low-dose SP ( 100 g/L). The experimental periodontitis rat models were established by ligating molars with steel wire combined with intramuscularly injection of prednisolone ( 1.25mg, 8 times). Except that the model and normal groups were treated by applying saline, the other groups were treated by applying the corresponding drugs 0.5 mL to the peridentium, tid for 10 days. After treatment, debris index, probe depth and bleeding rate during probing were investigated and the pathological changes of periodontal tissues were also observed. [ Results ] Bleeding rate during probing decreased in high- and low-dose SP groups, debris index decreased in high-dose SP group, the difference being significant ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 compared with the model group). The results of pathological examination showed that a large amount of inflammatory cells were found in periodontal tissues of the model group, inflammatory cells decreased after treatment with SP, and the proliferation of osteoblast and fibroblast was found in high-dose SP group, indicating that the periodontal tissues were in the restoration. [ Conclusion] SP has a therapeutic effect for experimental periodontitis in rots.
