摘要
目的观察当飞利肝宁胶囊治疗脂肪肝伴高血脂、肝功能异常患者的临床疗效。方法将228例患者分成3组,第1组口服当飞利肝宁,第2组口服当飞利肝宁合舒肝祛脂胶囊,第3组口服当飞利肝宁合力平之,疗程均为6个月。结果经治疗后,3组患者谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)等指标均有不同程度降低,肝脏B超显示脂肪沉积明显改善。结论当飞利肝宁胶囊为治疗伴高血脂、肝功能异常脂防肝的有效药物。
To observe the clinical effects of ＂Dangfei Liganning Capsule＂ in the treatment of fatty liver with elevated blood lipid, 228 cases were randomized into three groups： group A was treated by ＂Dangfei Liganning Capsule＂, group B was treated by ＂Dangfei Liganning Capsule＂ plus ＂Shugan Quzhi Capsule＂ and group C was treated by ＂Dangfei Liganning Capsule＂ plus Lipanthyl,with a course of six months. Results：After treatment. ALT, TG and CHO reduced; and B-ultrasonic examination showed decreased fat accumulation. It is indicated that ＂Dangfei Liganning Capsule＂ is effective for fatty liver.
