摘要
目的探讨城乡儿童和少年行为问题间的差异性.方法随机抽取营口市区和农村普通幼儿园、小学、初中、高中各一所,年龄6～16a年龄段学生各50名进行Conners儿童行为问卷调查,共收回有效问卷1012份,其中农村517份,城市495份.结果Conners父母问卷各因子分农村均高于城市（P＜0.05或0.01）;Conners教师问卷不注意/被动、多动指数分量表分农村高于城市（P＜0.01）;不同年龄及不同性别比较城乡均有差异.结论农村儿童和少年比城市儿童少年可能存在较多的品行问题、学习困难、多动行为和情绪问题,尤以12～16a多见.
Objective To explore the differences of juveniles behavior problems between town and country. Methods Investigations were conducted in students aged 6-16 years old randomly selected from one general infant, primary, junior high and senior high school of both town and country in Yingkou district using the Conners Child Behavior Rating Scale（CCBRS）. Total recalled effective questionnaires were 1012, of them 517 from countryside and 495 from town. Results Each factor score of Conners Patents Scale was higher in countryside than in town（P〈0.05 or 0.01） ,and so was the subscale score of the inattention/passion and hyperactivity index of Conners Teachers Scale. There were differences between town and country in ages and gender. Conclusion Compared with urban students ,rural ones can have more personal conduct problems, studying difficulty, hyperactivity and emotional problems, especially in the children aged 12-16 years old.
