摘要
用郯城银杏５、９、３２４、１３号４个优良无性系进行组织培养试验，选出了对外植体腋芽萌动率较高的基本培养基及对外植体分化、生根较好的附加成分的合理配方；对比了不同年龄母树外植体腋芽萌发率；７～８月份用适宜的方法移栽组培小苗成活率达８３．６％，且生长正常。
Abstract Four good maidenhair tree clones(No.5,9,324 and 13)from Tancheng wereused for a tissue culture test.A basic medium on which the outer-body axillary buds had a higherrate of germination and a proper formulation of accessary cytokinin,growth hormone with whichthe body differentiation and strike also had better show have been selected.The rate of outer-body axillary buds of mother trees at various ages were contrasted.The tissue cultare seedlingsreached 8 3.6%of survival ration and growed normally using a suitable transplant method inJuly-August.
