摘要 ISSR-PCR(inter-simp le sequence repeat-PCR)标记技术是在SSR-PCR基础上发展起来的一项新的DNA分子标记技术,具有操作简便、重复性好、多态性高等特点。本文对ISSR技术及其在植物种间和种下关系中的应用进行了概述。
