摘要
ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)是在SSR标记基础上发展起来的一类新型的分子标记技术。在比较ISSR和其它分子标记的原理和特点的基础上,主要对ISSR标记的原理、特点以及ISSR分子标记在牧草DNA指纹库的构建、遗传多样性、种质资源鉴定、遗传作图和基因定位、分子标记辅助育种等领域的研究进展进行综述,并对其应用前景进行简要概述。
Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) has been known as a new kind of molecular marker method based on micro-satellites(SSR). On the basis of comparing ISSR with other molecular markers,a summary was given about the principle,characteristics,and the application of ISSR molecular marker involved in forage research,such as the studies of DNA fingerprinting construction,genetic diversity,cultivar identification,genetic mapping,gene localization,marker-aided selection,were also introduced. Meanwhile,the application prospect was shown briefly,thus being able to provide help for the scholars engaged in the study of forage genetics and breeding.
