摘要
ISSR是一种基于微卫星序列发展起来的新的分子标记,具有简便、稳定、DNA多态性高等优点。本文概述了 ISSR反应的原理、特点,并阐述了其在茶树种质鉴定、亲缘关系、遗传多样性、指纹图谱建立、辅助育种等方面的应用。
Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) is a microsatellite-based technique being used for genetic and breeding studies as a new molecular marker. ISSR markers are a quick,simple and reliable method and may also generate greater DNA polymorphismo This paper emphasizes on the principle and character of ISSR and its application to germplasm identification, phylogenetic studies, genetic polymorphism, construction of genetic map ,establishment of DNA fingerprinting pool ,and makeraided selection in tea.
