摘要
目的 :描述老人院痴呆患者激越行为的主要表现及其特点。方法 :采用问卷调查和多次分段录像对 2 0例老人院痴呆患者进行观察。结果 :痴呆患者激越行为以不恰当地处理物品、徘徊、不恰当地穿脱衣服、打人、骂人等最为常见 ,照顾者对患者经常出现的某些激越行为感到难以应对。结论 :激越行为在痴呆患者中表现复杂多样 ,照顾者在护理方式和应对方面存在一定困难 ,所以有必要对照顾者进行激越行为应对策略的技能指导。
Objective:To describe the manifestations and characteristics of agitation in nursing home dementia patients. Methods:Data were collected from 20 nursing home dementia patients using questionnaire and systematic video recording. Results:The most frequently exhibited agitating behaviors in dementia patients were handling things inappropriately, inappropriate dressing and disrobing, wandering, physical aggressive behaviors and cursing. Caregivers often felt disturbed by some of these behaviors. Conclusions:The manifestation of agitation was complex and different in dementia patients.There were some difficulties in choosing caring manners and coping strategies. So it is necessary to provide the caregivers with skill training to cope with agitation.
