摘要
目的:对不同生长年限、不同药用部位的刺五加中刺五加苷B进行了含量测定,为合理开发、利用这一药用植物资源提供了理论依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,研究了不同生长年限、不同药用部位的刺五加中的刺五加苷B含量的变化规律。结果:3年生的刺五加中刺五加苷B的含量高于1年生的剌五加,且均以茎皮中含量较高,茎中含量次之,根中最低。结论:对刺五加药材的合理采收提供了参考依据。
Objective: By studying the concentration of syringin in different growing periods and different offiicinal positions of Acanthopanax Senticosus (Rupr. Et Maxim.)Harms, we provide a theory basis for rational exploitations of this pharmacological plant resource. Methods: The change of total syringin in different growing periods and different offiicinal positions of Acanthopanax Senticosus was studied on the basis of the High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) spectrophotometry. Results: The content of syringin was higher in three-year-old Acanthopanax Senticosus than in one-year-old, Meahwhile, the content of syringin was the highest in the stem barks.then the stems, the content of syringin was the lowest in the radix. Conclusion: The result can be taken as the reference for collecting the crude Acanthopanax senticosus.
