摘要
目的确定影响刺五加茎品质的生态因子,为优化、可持续利用药用植物资源提供理论依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定我国东北三省10个产地30个种群根茎中刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E、绿原酸、异秦皮啶含量,应用偏最小二乘回归分析法对所得数据与温度、地形、光照、水分等7个生态因子进行相关性分析,建立四种活性成分的含量与7个生态因子的相关模型。结果影响刺五加苷B的含量最大生态因子是七月最高气温、年降水量;坡向、日照时数对刺五加苷E的含量影响较大;对绿原酸的含量影响最大的生态因子是坡度和日照时数;对异嗪皮啶的含量影响最大的生态因子是七月最高气温;对野生刺五加品质的影响最大的生态因子为七月最高气温,坡向。
Objective To determine related ecological factors correlating to stem quality of Acanthopanax senticosus and to set a basis for optimizing ecological factors and sustainable use of Chinese medicine resource. Methods A validated HPLC was developed for simultaneous determination of eleutheroside B, eleutheroside E, chlorogenic acid and isofraxidin in stem which collected from 30 populations in northeastern region of China, furthermore elucidated the correlation between the contents of target compounds and related ecological factors are analyzed by partial least-squares regression method. Results The most important factors impact on eleutheroside B are the maximum temperature in July and annual rainfall; that of eleutheroside E are mountain aspect; the gradient and sunshine hours all significantly impact on content of chlorogenic acid; however, all of ecological factors have little difference to content of the isofraxidin. To this point, the quality of stem is mainly affected by the highest July temperature and mountain aspect.
