摘要
目的 :对刺五加注射液进行细菌内毒素检查。方法 :鲎试剂法。结果 :在 1∶2的稀释度下 ,该制剂对鲎试剂有明显的增强作用 ,但将其稀释至 1∶4的浓度时 ,则可消除增强作用。结论 :在 1∶4的稀释度下 ,可用灵敏度为0 5EU·ml-1的鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查 。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the bacterial endotoxins test of Radix acanthopanacis senticosi injection METHODS:TAL method was test.RESULTS:When the dilutability was 1∶2,the injection has patent argumented for TAL,while when the dilutability was 1∶4,the argumented effect is disappointed.CONCLUSION:When the dilutability is 1∶4,we can control bacterial endotoxins limit of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi injection by TAL(sensitivity is 0.5 EU·ml 1 )
