摘要
在油井水泥施工时,为了改善水泥浆的流动性能,降低水泥浆的流动阻力,往往要往其中加入分散剂。对近年来油井水泥用分散剂的研究进展进行了论文调研分析,分为木质素磺酸盐类,磺化醛酮类,聚羧酸和聚合物这三类。将分散剂的具体案例进行对比分析,并对分散剂行业的发展做出了展望。
In oil well cement construction, dispersant is often added to improve the flow performance of cement slurry and reduce the flow resistance of cement slurry. In this paper, the research progress of dispersants used in oil well cement in recent years was investigated and analyzed, such as lignin sulfonates, sulfonated aldehydes and ketones, polycarboxylic acids and polymers. The specific application cases of dispersant were compared and analyzed, and the development trend of dispersant industry was prospected.
