摘要
原有的政府投资工程管理模式存在着诸多问题,本文从政府监管制度以及政府投资工程造价管理制度两个主要的问题入手进行分析,提出对政府投资工程管理加强监管力度和完善工程造价管理制度的具体措施以及建议,以探寻适合我国市场经济条件下的政府投资工程管理模式。
There are some problems still existing in the management of the government investing projects. The paper pays attention to the two main aspects of this process, that is the supervisory system of the government and the establishment of the cost- controlling system of the government investing projects. Through the analysis of the shortages of the current model, the paper gives some instructive suggestions on the two points mentioned above such as the logical definition of the government investing projects.
