摘要
对我国目前政府投资项目中的非经营性政府投资工程建设管理中存在的问题进行了分析,指出其管理上的弊端,提出要对这类项目推行专业化的建设管理制度.比较了目前我国内地两种典型政府投资项目工程管理模式的优缺点,提出了可供选择的政府投资工程管理的过渡模式.
This paper analyses the problems and limits existed in the construction management field of nonoprational fiscalinvestmentproject, and makes a suggestion that specialized construction management system should be introduced into the fiscal investment management field. On the basis of deeply comparison between the two domestic management modes of nonoprational fiscalinvestmentproject,this paper constructively presents two transitional modes.
