摘要
研究了采用面阵CCD作为成像传感器的二维直读式数字自准直仪的系统原理并探讨了它的可行性,设计了采用微机控制高速数据采集和处理的硬件、软件。系统通过仿真实现了窗口图像的正确存储并运用CCD细分方法完成以亚像元精度定位光点中心,最后给出了实验结果。
This paper describes the principle and the feasibility of two dimensional digital autocollimator in which a area-array CCD image sensor is used. High-speed data acquisition andprocessing hardware and software under microcomputer control were designed.The correctmemorization of window image,point-source centre defination using subdivision methodswith subpixel accuracy were realized.Finally test result was given.
