ICP-MS法测定花岗岩中痕量重金属的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了微波消解样品,试液用ICP-MS法同时测定样品中Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Ni等重金属元素。对影响其测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.001-0.008 μg/L,回收率为92.55%-104.60%,RSD小于2.31%。该法准确、快速、简便,应用于花岗岩中重金属元素的测定,结果满意。 The essay develops a method of microwave degestion with a sample of ICP-MS simultanuously determining Pb, As, Cd, Cr and Ni in granite. The various factors affecting were examined in details.The optimum conditions for the determination is tested and discussed. The limit of the method is 0.001-0.008 μg/L. The recycling rate ranks from 92.55% to 104.60%. RSD is less than 2.31%.This method is accurate, quick-acquired and convenient. It is used in the determination of trace heavy metals in granite with the result is satisfactory.
