摘要
根据前人的研究建立了利用元素分析仪测定海洋沉积物中有机碳、总碳、总氮的分析方法;获得了优化的前处理条件以及元素分析仪的最佳测定条件,对定量方法及实验条件进行了验证。结果显示,本研究所建立的分析方法完全能够满足沉积物样品中有机碳、总碳以及总氮的测定要求:精密度RSD(TN)=4.7%,RSD(TC)=0.6%,RSD(TOC)=4.9%。利用此方法对渤海的部分站位沉积物样品进行了测试,结果显示了黄河口的有机质多来源于陆地,而其它地区的有机质多为海洋自生来源。
The aim of this study is to build a method of determining organic carbon in marine sediments,and to gain the optimum condition of preparation of samples,and the best conditions of Elementar.Also,the requirement of quality,quantity and experimental condition were assessed.According to the validation of the quality control(QC),the results proved that the analytical method satisfied the requirements of the determination of organic carbon in marine sediments.The relative standard deviations were RSD(TN)=4.7%,RSD(TC)=0.6%,RSD(TOC)=4.9%.Based on the determination method,several samples were analyzed and the results showed that the surfical sedimental organic carbon in the Yellow River Estuary was mainly from the terrigenoud and the surfical sedimental organic carbon in other areas was mostly from ocean autogentic plankton.
