摘要
采用盐酸和硝酸溶样,Y(OH)3共沉淀分离锌,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定锌精矿中Cu,Fe,Cd,Ag,Ni,Pb,Sn,As,Sb,Bi。详细地讨论了仪器工作参数、内标元素、分离条件、样品基体的干扰,确定了最佳测定条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.004~0.24μg/L,回收率为90.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差小于4.58%。方法已用于锌精矿中杂质元素的测定。
An inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) has been developed for the simultaneous determination of Cu, Fe, CA, Ag, Ni, Pb, Sn, As, Sb and Bi in zinc concentrate.Coprecipitation of Zn with Y(OH)3 was used to separate the impurity elements from the zinc matrix after dissolution sample with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. The instrument parameters, introduction of internal standard Sc and In to neglect the matrix suppression, conditions of separation and interference of matrix have been discussed in detail. The optimal detection conditions have been determined. The detection limit is 0. 004-0.24μg/L, and the recovery is 90.0%-110.0% with RSD less than 4.58%. This method has been applied to the determination of impurity elements in zinc concentrates with satisfactory results.
