摘要
目的了解西安市城区40岁以上中老年内人群高脂血症的患病情况。方法采用酶法对2005年3～12月40岁以上在我院体检中心体检的1190例,进行血脂监测。结果高血脂检出率为56.9%,各年龄组40-、50-、≥60的检出率分别为:53.1%,56.3%。70.5%,男性高于女性,两性间有非常显著差异(x2=16.7,P<0.01),结论该体检人群高血脂发病率基本代表西安市城镇居民高血脂发病情况,应积极采取对策。
Objective To know the complexion of high blood fat in the senior citizen above 40 of Xi＇an city. Method To adopt enzyme method to inspect blood fat of the 1190 cases those who were above 40 and had a check-up in our hospital＇s check-up centre from March to December in 2005.Results The rate of sicken for high blood fat is 56.9%,age of 40,50 and above 60 groups are 53.1%,56.3%10.5%respectively.Male is higher than female,both have remarkabe differences.（=16.7,P〈0.01） .Conclusion On the whole,the rate of sickening for high blood fat in this check-up group can show the rate of the citizen＇s of Xi＇an city,and proper measures should be taken.
