摘要
目的 了解老年糖尿病患者死亡危险因素。方法 对 1997年～ 2 0 0 3年 6 0岁以上 33例Ⅱ型糖尿病住院死亡患者进行 1∶2配对条件logistic回归分析 ,分析患病时间、并发症、合并症等危险因素。结果 单因素分析显示 ,电解质紊乱 (OR =2 3.5 3)、器官功能异常 (OR =19.81)和感染 (OR =3.76 )等因素是老年糖尿病患者死亡的危险因素 ;多因素分析显示 ,电解质紊乱 (OR =13.2 8)和器官功能异常 (OR =8.99)是老年糖尿病患者死亡的主要危险因素。结论 加强糖尿病预防、治疗 ,降低糖尿病死亡危险因素 。
Objective To understand the death risk factors of the senile diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. Methods A 1∶2 paired matching condition regression analysis was given to the cases of 33 dead senile diabetes mellitus patients;the risk factors such as the course of disease,the complications,etc.were analyzed. Results The single factor analysis demonstrated that electrolyte disequilibrium (OR=3.76),organ function disorder (OR=19.81) and complicating infection (OR=3.76) were the risk factors while the multivariate analysis demonstrated that electrolyte disequilibrium (OR=13.28) and organ function disorder (OR=8.99) were the main risk factors of DM. Conclusions To enhance the prevention and therapy of DM and to reduce the death risk factors will be helpful to the increase of survival rate of senile diabetes mellitus patients.
