摘要
银行并购是当前国际银行业发展的大趋势,也是加入WTO后的中国银行业必须认真思考、面对的问题。本文就银行业并购的原因分析、国外银行并购的先进经验,以及我国目前银行并购存在的问题等方面进行了探讨,提出了解决问题的对策建议,以使我国银行业实力不断发展壮大,提高其综合竞争力。
Bank acquisition is the development trend of the current international banking, and is also the problem must be considered and faced by China banking after joining WTO. This paper analyzes the cause of banking mergers, advanced experience of foreign bank merger, and the existing problems in our country, and put forward suggestions to solve the problems, so that improving the strength China＇s banking industry and their comprehensive competitiveness.
