摘要
目的:了解深圳市不同受教育程度人群的自测健康状况。方法:应用SRHMSV1.0对深圳特区人群5940个个体进行了现场测试。结果:深圳市不同受教育程度人群的自测健康评定量表(SRHMSV1.0)总分差异存在显著性(P<0.01),研究生SRHMSV1.0总分最高,文盲或少识字及小学文化程度较低。不同受教育程度人群的自测生理健康子量表分差异存在显著性(P<0.01),文盲或少识字、小学及初中文化程度分值较低。不同受教育程度人群的自测心理健康子量表分及社会健康子量表分差异均存在显著性(P<0.01),文盲或少识字、小学文化程度分值较低。结论:深圳市人群的健康状况与受教育程度存在关联,存在随受教育水平增加而增高的趋势。文盲或少识字、小学和初中文化居民健康状况差于高中及以上受教育程度人群;当受教育程度达到一定水平时,居民的健康状况相应比较稳定。
Objective To study the difference of self-rated health status in the residents with different education levels in Shonzhen city, Methods 5 940 individuals in Shenzhen city were received SRHMS V1. 0 spot assessment. Results There is a significant difference of the total score in the SRHMS VI. 0 among the people with different education levels in Shenzhen city ( P〈0.01 ), People with a graduate degree have the highest score while the illiterate people, people with litde education or who only finished their elementary school or junior high school education have a signifieandy lower score. And there are still notable differences of the scores in the physical, psychological and social health sub-scales of the SRHMS V1.0 among the people with different education levels ( P〈0.01 ) . The illiterate people, people with litde education or who only finished their elementary school or junior high school education have a lower score. Conclusions The health status has a strong positive correlation with the educational background among the Shenzhen people. The health status of the illiterate people, people with litde education or who only finished their elementary school or junior high school education is signifieandy worse than that of the people who received more education.
