摘要
目的了解躯体亚健康人群的流行病学特点及与其相关的不适症状、体质等基本因素。方法采用《个体身心健康调查量表》对来自华东、华北、华南9家合作单位的体检人员进行健康状态及相关因素的调查。采用SPSS 13.0统计软件对其中的躯体亚健康人群进行流行病学特点及与其相关的因素进行研究。结果收集3934例有效样本,其中2748例经检测为亚健康人群(包含可疑亚健康),368例确定为躯体亚健康。躯体亚健康人群发生率在年龄段分布方面以50～59岁年龄段最多(23.45%)。≥50岁年龄组的躯体亚健康发生率比<50岁年龄组要高(P<0.05)。学历水平方面以高中、中专发生率最高;职业方面以农、林、牧、渔、水利业生产人员发生率最高(14.29%)。躯体亚健康与健康人群的阳虚质、阴虚质、淤血质阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。34条躯体亚健康表现中以皮肤干燥、口唇发干或口干喝水多、常感到腰腿酸软最常见。结论根据躯体亚健康流行病学调查及其相关因素,对相关高危人群进行筛查,早发现早治疗。再根据其中医体质与不适症状的中医证候学特征,可以提供中医干预的思路。
Objective To study the eidemiology and associated symptoms of physical sub - health. Methods The health status and its related factors were surveyed between from 9 hospitals in East, North and South China with individual physical and mental health survey scale. Results A valid sample of 3 934 eases were collected, among of which sub -health state （including suspicious sub -health） and physical sub -healthy were diagnosed in 2748 and 368 cases, respectively. Physical sub -health was most prevalent between the age of 50 and 59 （23.45%） according to age distribution. Physical sub - health incidence was significantly greater in patients age over 50 - year old than those younger than 50 - year old （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Furthermore, the physical sub - health was most prevalent in high school and college education groups. It was also most prevalent in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, water conservancy industry production （ 14. 29% ）. There were also significant differences in the positive rates of yang deficiency, yin deficiency, and congestion quality between the physical sub - health and health population. The most common symptoms were dry skin, dry lips or mouth, polydipsia, and backache. Conclusion According to the physical sub - health epidemiological investigation, the high -risk groups should be screened for early intervention. According to traditional Chinese constitution and TCM characteristics, TCM intervention could also be offered.
