摘要 本文运用Grossman方程探讨教育与健康的关系问题,实证分析在健康决定因素中,个人受教育水平对健康的影响方向及程度。由于教育和健康受到一些可被观测和未被观测的共同因素影响,因此在健康的决定方程中,教育可能产生内生性问题和自选择偏差问题。本文运用工具变量法及连续性选择模型解决健康模型的内生性和选择偏差问题,在控制其他影响因素后,发现个人受教育水平对其健康状况有着直接而显著的正向影响。 This paper uses Grossman Equation to analyze the relationship between education and health, primarily the effects of individual education on the health status. Taking into account that education and health are determined by some similar factors, including observed and unobserved factors, thus, in the determinant equation of health, education may produce endogenous and self-selection bias problem. Through the instrumental variables method and the continuity of selection model, we come to a conclusion that individual education has direct and significant impact on their health status after other factors being controlled.
