摘要 研究了稀土双相不锈钢(R1合金)在磷酸和氯化钠介质中的电化学特性,对合金的腐蚀行为作出了估价.结果表明,R1合金的钝化能力强,其耐均匀腐蚀和耐点蚀性能均优于高铬镍奥氏体不锈钢作为一种新的耐蚀材料,R1合金在湿法磷酸等腐蚀工况中具有良好的应用前景. This paper deals with the electrochemical properties of a new rare earth containing duplex stainless steel in the phosphoric acid media and NaCI aqueous solutions,from which the corrosion performance of the steel is evaluated.The results indicate that the new steel has a good passivating ability and is more general corrosion resistant and pitting corrosion resistant than the highly alloyed austenitic stainless steel.As a new corrosion resistant material,it shows sound prospects for application in some corrosive service conditions such as the wet process phosphoric acid.
