摘要
用SEM等手段分析了在三组元燃料及其燃烧产物的强腐蚀环境中,38CrMoAIA氮化缸套的不同区段在不同的工况条件下失效形成的差异.分析表明缸套失效是由腐蚀与磨损协同作用造成的,采用耐蚀材料经表面改性处理提高其抗磨性是延长缸套寿命的有效途径.
Exposed to the severe corrosive environment due to 3 component-fuel and its conbustion outcomes,the different sections of nitrided 38CrMoAIA cylider bush served under different conditions,all the correspondent failure models have been investigated by means of SEM.It was found that the failure was caused by the coaction of corrosion and wear.Adoption of the corrosion-resistant material and surface modification could effectively improve the corrosion-wear resistance of bush as well as its duration of service.
